• Medical Crowdfunding: Allowing individuals to create fundraisers for medical expenses.
• Provider Bidding: Connecting patients with verified medical providers who offer competitive bids for procedures.

We are a facilitator and technical platform. We do not provide medical services, medical advice, or insurance.

3. User Accounts and Content

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Campaign Accuracy

If you create a fundraiser, you represent that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Misrepresentation of medical needs or financial circumstances is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Crowdfunding and Donations

• Platform Fees: Medfund Circle may charge a platform fee and/or pass through credit card processing fees (e.g., from Stripe). These fees are disclosed at the time of transaction.
• Donations: Contributions made to fundraisers are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of proven fraud at our sole discretion.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that a fundraiser will reach its goal.

5. Medical Provider Marketplace

Medical providers in our network must maintain all required professional licenses and insurance. We verify credentials but do not guarantee the quality of care or the results of any procedure. The relationship between a patient and a provider is independent of Medfund Circle LLC.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medfund Circle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to medical outcomes, financial losses, or data breaches.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where Medfund Circle LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
